Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of vape products, hygiene standards, and product safety regulations, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and unopened
• Item must remain in original sealed packaging
• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Opened vape devices
• Used disposable vapes
• Opened cartridges
• Opened accessories
• Clearance or sale items

We cannot accept returns for products that have been tampered with, used, or damaged after delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Description of issue
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

After review, we may offer:

• Replacement
• Store credit
• Refund where appropriate

Fault claims submitted after an unreasonable delay may not qualify.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow:

• 5–10 business days for processing depending on payment provider

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and return conditions will apply.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels caused by:

• Incorrect address information
• Failure to collect parcel
• Refused deliveries

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Age Restriction
